...because thriving babies are happy babies

Well, where too start? I am 17 years old I turn 18 on August 22nd of this year, I am a very complicated 17 year old. I want everything in the world - now. Both of my two pregnancies have been planned! And Elijah is the Father too the both of my children (although, neither of my girls is with us anymore) In my 'Family Photo' is me and my gorgeous cousin. I am currently single. Boys are just to complicated (: My life hasn't been what some would call 'peachy' but I've made it through just fine. I lost my first baby when i was about 20 - 21 weeks gone, she was the only thing that has meant that much too me, I miss Kahu so much even too this day. It was the toughest thing I've been through, I lost my second baby when I was 16 weeks gone, I lost her on the 20th of April 2012. I still want to have a baby... I'm just going to wait until the RIGHT guy ... falls from the sky? , Until then I'm going to recover from my miscarriage and try to get myself together.

Everything is back on track :) although I still can't stop thinking about Mariah, and I still have a cry about her every now and again, I've taken some time to grieve and now I'm back here *AGAIN* trying to conceive (with my especially picked sperm donor), Wish me luck girlies! x

Well, my friend just had her twins (two gorgeous girls), they're now about 3 months old, and she's been telling me that her and her partner are both wanting to try again, for a boy this time. So I just wanted to ask when is it possible/safe to get pregnant after kids? Any information will be much appreciated! :)

We are having my eldest Daughter's first child tomorrow 26th April; 2012. 'Dumpling' is in breech position, has been since 20 weeks. Very comfortable there, so elective Caesar :) Dumpling will be my second Grandchild - My 1st being a 2 year old Blue eyed Ginger Ninja! All of our Family is arriving over the next few days, including my Parents, who have been married for 50 years this December. They're visiting for our combined Happy Birthdays on 27th and 28th April. Plus of course will visit their new Great Grandchild xxxx New Life always brings loving Families together. It's going to be a hectic few days, all dependant on how new Mummy and Dumpling are after surgery. Good Karma to you All - and special Karma to my Daughter and Dumpling. - They do know the sex - Not telling though! Only 1 more sleep and we'll all know

Hi, I am 11weeks pregnant and about to start a new job on Monday and I am wondering when I should tell them about my pregnancy? When I went for the interview I was only 4weeks so I didn't tell them as I was worried I wouldn't get the job otherwise, I know this is illegal but it doesn't mean it doesn't happen. Has anyone been in this situation before, if so how was the employers reaction ? Thanks

My husband and I are contemplating having baby number 3. We have 2 boys ages 5 and 2. We aren't fussed whether we have another boy or a girl. I am having medical issues at the moment and need to weigh up my options. My main concern is my family. My dad thinks 2 is enough, but I really want another.. Help please!

So, the title just about says it all . As some of you may know, I lost my baby girl Mariah not to long ago, I went into the docs after reading some of your comments on my other post (btw, thankyou mums for the support), doc said everything looks fine and that if I keep trying , I'll eventually have my little girl/boy .. But I'm just not so sure anymore! Should I be worried? I was also wondering when would trying for another baby be possible, I've been told a few months I was also thinking of getting a sperm donor... Mainly because I'm not in a relationship, and I really do want my little baby, sperm donors, are they a good idea? Thanks again for the help Karimumma's ! I love this site, it's my goto place (: x
