Pregnancy supplements

I’ve been taking a multi-vitamin + folate for some time now but would like to switch to a specific pregnancy supplement. Any thoughts on which is best?

I think they are all much of a muchness. If you read and compare what is in them, they are all similar. Ive used Elevit, Blackmores and Natures Way and havent felt any different on any of them. Sorry that probably doesnt really help... ultimately a healthy diet is the best thing too and the vitamins will just help anything your lacking :)

I use blackmores pregnancy and breastfeeding gold and have found that it seems to be giving me everything that the baby and i need. It was also the one that my obgyn, gp and most of my friends and family recommended!

I'm using Elevit, but like Tashna, I don't think there's much difference between the brands. Have a chat to your pharmacist or GP if in doubt.
