Let’s share toddler recipes! From 12 months old, your little one might seem all grown up, eating more meals with the family than ever before. It’s such a special (and sometimes very entertaining!) stage.
When it comes to toddler foods though, you’ll probably need to be making minor adjustments to their dishes, especially when it comes to not adding any extra sugar or salt. They might still be getting a grip on certain textures and flavours too. As always, the important thing with any new recipe is to take things slowly...

Tasty tip: Oily fish like salmon and tuna offer high amounts of Omega-3 fats important for brain development. Try to include it 2-3 times a week.
