Hi all,
I am now officially 9 weeks 3 days pregnant. But sadly, this whole reflux/morning sickness thing is just exhausting and making me feel miserable.
I've googled extensively for remedies. Ginger, peppermint tea, small meals, no acidic based foods,
napping when I can etc.
Thankfully it's only another few weeks to the end of the trimester...so fingers crossed I start to feel better.

Just wondering if any other mums have any solutions?
